The Challenge
Virgin Australia engaged Sparrowly Group to develop a leadership and development program to support cabin managers, their careers and the evolution of their leadership skills. Many cabin managers had not undertaken formal leadership development beyond standard operating procedures training, limiting confidence and progression opportunities.

Our Approach
We worked closely with the People & Culture team and the Executive General Manager of Customer Experience to design a bespoke leadership development program titled ‘Amplify’.
Our methodology included
Pre-workshop engagement to prepare and motivate participants
Development and facilitation of a two-day leadership workshop
Practical leadership tools focused on communication and influence
A 12-month post-program accountability framework to sustain change
