The Challenge

Following the development of its three-year Strategic Plan and Workforce and Training Plan, Austchilli identified the need to further strengthen leadership capability across the Senior Leadership Team. With succession plans in place for tier-one roles, the Executive sought targeted support to build strategic communication, cross-functional collaboration and change capability to enable the company’s next phase of growth.
