Sparrowly Group is a national award-winning business working across advisory and consulting, training and workforce planning. 

From the outset, our focus has been on delivering considered, objective planning and programming that enables thriving industries, communities and destinations. Our experience over more than a decade in business is deep, outcomes-focused and grounded in working alongside businesses, organisations and communities of all sizes.

Key to how Sparrowly Group came to be is a belief in collaboration and the power of strong networks. We believe organisations are the drivers of change and the foundation for a better future. When organisations thrive, so too do communities, industries, economies and individuals. This belief continues to shape how we work and why we exist.

With headquarters in Sydney, Sparrowly Group works across metropolitan, regional and remote Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. Our experience is deep and outcomes focused working with both the public and private sector.

Built on listening

Sparrowly Group was founded by Giovanna Lever in 2015 to respond to the growing complexity faced by organisations operating across economic development, tourism, workforce and community contexts. 

Rather than offering narrow or siloed advice, we set out to work differently - strategising, advising and co-designing behind the scenes to empower organisations and individuals to make a lasting impact.

We thrive on variety and complexity, supporting clients through change, growth, recovery and transition. Our work is deliberately people-centred, place-based, grounded in evidence and focused on practical outcomes that extend well beyond a single project or plan.
