Morgan Chong is a consultant at Sparrowly Group, specialising in design thinking, product development and program delivery across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.

Morgan works across economic development, workforce development and the visitor economy. She has more than eight years experience across the tourism, events, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing and logistics sectors. She combines this background with research, data analysis and systems thinking to translate complex information into practical tools, indicators and delivery frameworks that support informed decision-making.

She manages the design and implementation of Sparrowly Group’s analytics platforms and data tools, including the Agritourism Readiness Indicator and Accessible and Inclusive Business Indicators. Her work spans economic indicator development, GIS spatial analysis, auditing frameworks and dashboard design, enabling clients to identify gaps, prioritise investment and measure impact.

With strengths in research, analysis, stakeholder engagement and practical implementation planning, Morgan helps clients navigate complexity and align strategic priorities with funded delivery. Her work emphasises inclusive engagement and real-world application, ensuring strategies reflect lived experience.

Based in Sydney, she works regionally, nationally and globally with government, industry and regional communities to design solutions that are evidence-based, people-centred and deliver measurable results.
